About Robinia
Teaching Rewilding & More
Robinia is a center for relational conservationism and rewilding's social emergence.
Now the Mid-Atlantic Hub of the Savory Institute, a global organization and leader in the climate-change and ecological restoration sector, Robinia has emerged as one of the premier educators of ecological restoration and "regenerative agriculture" and yearly educates hundreds of students, designs and consults on hundreds of thousands of acres of lands, and monitors the ecology and wildlife diversity of hundreds of farms, from abandoned surface coal mines to localized homesteads of a few acres.
Robinia and its demonstration site, Timshel Wildland, today occupies the ancient, modern, and future home of the Siouan Indians of the Monacan Nation. Together, we can fight indigenous erasure.
